Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen, an American performer and songwriter, hails from St. Louis Missouri. Her most notable role is in the role of Jenny Humphrey, the star on the CW's Gossip Girl. Momsen's song has appeared in films and television shows, including How to Be a Single and Going the Distance. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister named Sloane Momsen. She was a dancer in the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. Her first professional role was a Shake 'n Bake commercial in the national market at age of three. Momsen's acting career slowed down for three years. Then, she got her first leading part on her WB show Misconceptions. Momsen also appeared in Saving Shiloh in the year 2006. She auditioned as well for the role of Hannah Montana's title character Hannah Montana and was in the top three but the role was instead awarded to Miley Cyrus.
