Coleman was born at Blackpool Lancashire. She graduated from Arnold School Blackpool, where she achieved straight As for her A-levels. When discussing her Emmerdale appearance, Coleman admitted she was regretting not going to university. Coleman participated in a club known as In Yer Space at her school. They performed Crystal Clear in Edinburgh Festival. A prize was given to her for the performance, while the play received an enthusiastic reception. When she was auditioning for drama schools, Coleman was offered the role in the role of Jasmine Thomas in Emmerdale in 2005. Coleman was nominated for awards in 2007 and won two prizes. The British Soap Awards she was awarded Best Newcomer. Also, during the National Television Awards she was named the The Most Popular Newcomer. For the British Soap Awards of 2009 she was nominated under the categories of Best Actress and Sexiest female and the Best acting in a Drama. Coleman was awarded a Television Choice Award for Best Actress. On the 21st March, 2012 Doctor Who producer Steven Moffat announced at a press event that Coleman was set to as the Doctor's companion along with Matt Smith after Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill have left the show. Moffat claimed that he selected Coleman for the role of companion because she could work best with Smith. Additionally, Moffat noted that she talked faster than Smith. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. She is active in the business since 1987 and has been part of various TV shows and films. She has however been more well-known on television as opposed to films. In the many roles Eva has played on TV shows, Dr. Maria Santos in All My Children and Detective Natalia Boa Vista' in CSI Miami are the two which are the most notable. This particular show gave Eva two nominations for a Daytime Emmy. Additionally, she was able to express her creative side via music. Eva is an entrepreneur as well as an actor. Eva has had three marriages and also has a daughter with her second husband.
